Property Management

Property management is the foundation of Real Tours Realty. I manage residential single-family homes for multiple owners as well as commercial properties, including shop spaces and small offices. My non-negotiable goal is that every property remains in the same condition—or better—than when I began managing it.

Tenant screening, clear documentation, and consistent processes are essential. All tenants must have a signed rental agreement before any deposits are accepted, and security deposits and first month’s rent must be received before keys are released. I prioritize protecting the property while also respecting tenant privacy, communicating with owners clearly without sharing unnecessary personal tenant information.

I am hands-on when needed. When a maintenance concern is reported, I often assess it personally before involving a professional to ensure it is not a simple use or understanding issue. For example, programmable thermostats are a common concern that can often be resolved quickly without unnecessary service calls. This approach helps control costs while keeping properties functional and tenants supported.
