My name is Rachael Davis, and I am the owner and qualifying broker of Real Tours Realty. I am currently in my ninth year as a licensed Realtor, with the majority of my experience rooted in property management for both residential and commercial properties.

Over the years, I have built my business around strong communication, attention to detail, and doing what is right for my clients—whether that means managing properties as if they were my own or guiding owners through decisions that protect their long-term investment. Property management has allowed me to develop a deep understanding of real estate from the inside out, including maintenance coordination, tenant relations, financial accountability, and asset preservation.

While property management remains a core focus of Real Tours Realty, I am excited to expand back into working directly with buyers and sellers.
