Rent a Property
I maintain clear expectations for prospective tenants from the beginning. Applications are reviewed based on complete and accurate paperwork, not on who calls first. If multiple applicants apply, priority is given to the first individual who fully submits all required documentation. Tenant selection is intentional, and this approach has helped create long-term, respectful relationships—many tenants have remained in my properties for five years or more.
I treat tenants professionally and expect the same in return. I do not promise approvals during the application process. Once approved, a move-in walkthrough is conducted, and tenants are required to complete condition documentation within the first 24 hours. Clear documentation protects both parties. Items not documented at move-in may be charged at move-out if repairs are required.
I believe good rental relationships are built on fairness, accountability, and clarity. Policies are not vague, properties are maintained responsibly, and expectations are communicated upfront so there are no surprises later.
